Service architecture

Server-side attribution

What this capability changes, where it connects, and what strong execution looks like.

Server-side attribution

The problem
Browser privacy changes, ad blockers, and ITP have broken traditional client-side tracking. Marketing and sales teams can no longer trust the numbers that link a first touch to a closed deal.

What this capability does
OCTAZING designs and implements server-side measurement architecture so attribution survives the modern browser environment. We move critical events off the client where possible, use first-party data, and close the loop from the initial signal through to pipeline and revenue systems.

How it works

  1. Server-side capture — Key conversion and behavioural events are collected via server-side GTM, CAPI-style pipelines, or equivalent.
  2. Identity & stitching — First-party identifiers and consented data are used to connect sessions and touches where possible.
  3. Closed-loop reporting — Events are joined with CRM / pipeline data so first-touch and multi-touch attribution become visible again.
  4. Governance — Clear data contracts and privacy controls keep the system compliant and maintainable.

What you get

  • Higher event fidelity (often 90%+ recovery vs pure client-side)
  • Attribution that still works when cookies are blocked or limited
  • Clearer view of which first-touch channels and workflows actually produce pipeline
  • Reduced reliance on fragile third-party pixels
  • Foundation for trustworthy optimisation of the entire lead-ops system

Ideal for
Teams that have already invested in demand generation but can no longer explain which activities create revenue.
